Our Career Coaching Program works with individuals ranging from early in career to mid-career stage. The 6-month program, offered virtually or in-person, will leverage 8 individual sessions + one 12-month check-in session, active assignments, objective assessments and thoughtful exploration.
Participants enter the program with a desire to own and define their path and exit with a set of tools, decision-making framework and a strategic plan to reach their desired career destination. We will work to define your path based on who you are and how you thrive. Career coaching done differently!
Note: Each session will last approximately 60 minutes.
