PRIORITY ALIGNMENT + PURPOSE
Leadership teams want to know and believe they are working in harmony with the identified executive priorities of the organization. Yet, when they reflect on a few simple questions they discover critical disconnects that need to be addressed. Most of these disconnects occur within the five key business priorities:
Prioritized Leaders focus on developing, establishing and communicating the vision of their teams and organization. We cover how a clear vision and strong values create a purposeful culture. We also work on the Five Priorities of Reaching Your Full Potential. This brings to light whether you’ve set your business up to flourish or fail, or something in between. During this time, we work to get clear on purpose, identify common pitfalls of communicating your organization’s brand, and relating this all to a customer focus.
SELF DISCOVERY + PEOPLE
The most effective leaders know themselves, take ownership of their self-awareness and understand their strengths and blind spots. They also know how to accept feedback and adopt a framework for self-development. We work with leaders to think through the five essential qualities to both lead and influence well within an organization, the five C’s of intentional leadership growth, and learn how to invite and challenge others to bring out their best.
Great leaders know how to evaluate and empower their teams. We help your next tier talent understand themselves and how they interact with others at the deepest level. We use trusted, comprehensive tools that reveal precise details of their behaviors, drivers, skills, competencies and acumen.
Deploying these types of tools creates visibility into the most accurate and detailed picture of a person’s how and why which is inclusive of a look at their skills and the thinking filters they deploy. This approach uncovers highly valuable insights into all levels of their talent and potential for expanded leadership responsibilities.
LEADERSHIP FOUNDATION + PACE
When it comes to training your next tier leaders, we provide leadership fundamentals that help them embrace long-term success and lead them through the four traits of great leaders.
These sessions are built to help managers understand that companies have a rhythm. By embracing new priorities and strategies, leaders will learn to let go of outdated or irrelevant priorities.
How a leaders lead their teams through these cycles are key to long-term success. If a leader “under swings,” the organization can have too much capacity or experience a loss of talent due to a lack of challenging assignments. If a leader “over swings,” they can cause burnout in an organization and lose good people because of the over worked pace they are experiencing.
The foundational leadership tools taught in this portion enables next tier leaders to gauge and understand the business seasons, and manage their people to drive innovation at the right time to help the organization stay on the front end of emerging opportunities.
We also teach that developing new ideas is not enough. Leaders must also lead their teams to implement the ideas. The focus on execution, getting products to market, holding employees accountable, and driving efficiencies helps the leader manage with strategic thought, and move them from a reactive to proactive approach of leadership.
ENABLED LEADERSHIP + PERCEPTION
Almost every company has a purpose statement written down somewhere. They may call it their vision or mission, but either way, these declarations attempt to answer the “why” question: “Why do we exist as a company?” Living out the purpose everyday is about authentic leadership. We help the Next Tier leader identify if the organization is perceived as being receptive to new ideas, and the four key essentials for innovative teams.
In this module, we teach the next tier leader the Four Traits of Innovation, how to invite the right people inside and outside their organization into innovation discussions, developing pilots to implement ideas using the MVP approach, and what processes and procedures must be constructed, changed or adapted in order to successfully implement new ideas.
We work to gain an appreciation for the value other perspectives bring and learn how to function as an interdependent team. It is all about being hungry and humble as a leader to find the right balance of new ideas and execution that lead to furthering success.
ENRICHED LEADERSHIP + PROFIT
This training module focuses on the two keys of profitability which are fostering an ownership mentality and having robust financial systems. Organizations that operate with financial transparency are more inclined to successful results and hold team members accountable with meaningful incentives tied to results.
We help the Next Tier leader develop the ability to cultivate ownership and financial order using four key insights to set clear expectations and hold their team accountable for results. Leaders work on connecting purpose with profit, understanding how to hold others accountable without micro-managing, providing appropriate levels of transparency to the numbers that their teams need to know, implementing predictable financial patterns and grasping why the notion of generosity is important for leadership and team success.

The Enriched Leadership + Profit module helps rising leaders be proactive to address, implement or change in order to build a culture of profitability in your organization.
TNT LEADERSHIP ACCELERATOR
The Accelerator is designed to bring the TNT Leader into an advisory group of cross-industry peers for shared wisdom and bottom-line success. These facilitated mastermind groups include other TNT leaders from a variety of industries made up of non-competing businesses.
Participating in the TNT Accelerator isn’t a passive experience. It’s intended to be truly collaborative, where you get as much as you give. The TNT Leader’s work starts even before they attend a meeting. They will spend time working with members of your executive leadership to engage the TNT Leader in issues pertaining to your business and begin considering the goals and challenges that not only stretch their leadership development, but they will bring back insights to help your organization gain a competitive advantage.
